Key Account Manager for:
o Liaising with clients regarding bookings, air, sea and courier shipments through designated agents
o Maintain clients report and update schedules to ensure accurate booking information
o Provide clients with detailed quotations and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements
o Generate and process invoices for specific clients
o Document chasing for specific clients
o Maintain FAK project
