Roles
o Responsible for the establishment and daily management of Shanghai company, and following up the daily management of the branch
o Responsible for the overall development strategy of the branch, organize the implementation of the branch's business objectives, budget and cost control to ensure the annual operating profit targets are met
o Meet the company's sales target, complete personal performance tasks, expand customers with freight needs
o Lead the team to customer development and maintenance according to the team's sales objectives to ensure that the department completes the indicators;
o Assist the company to recruit excellent business personnel, constantly enrich the company's team, and carry out team building and management
o Maintain the relationship between the company and local carriers, airlines or other logistics providers to ensure the competitiveness of the company's products in the local market
o Regular statistics and analysis of business, pay attention to the recovery of accounts and the overrun of account period, and submit relevant performance appraisals or decisions to the company, which can effectively mitigate risks in the work process.
