Roles
o Maintaining strong relationships and regular contact with customers in Australia and abroad, including overseas agents and partners
o Seek client's perception of Tomax and gather feedback on Tomax operations and quality of services, then provide this feedback to department heads to ensure Tomax services are being offered in a friendly supportive, and professional manner
o To meet or exceed customer expectations
o Seek opportunities to increase sales from existing clients and overseas agents and partners
o Support in liaising with overseas offices and agents to provide quotations including customers where appropriate
