Roles

o Review and develop new and existing policies and procedures and update/amend to reflect the overall business strategy
o Develop and implement a streamlined onboarding and recruitment process
o Analyse resource capabilities and future requirements and develop appropriate programs, systems and initiatives that align with the success of the business
o Implement and monitor Occupational Health & Safety related procedures, policies and programs to meet legislative requirements
o Develop and implement a performance management framework to identify and meet gaps in competency
o Understand, design and execute successful change management strategies
