Roles
o Full range of recruitment functions for new staff: complete selection process, provide advice and support to management, placing advertisements, providing interview questions, collating candidate information, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, letters of offer of employment, employment contracts, background checks, etc.
o Lead staff induction and onboarding process with managers/supervisors
o Maintain staff information on the Tomatrix
o Develop, implement and monitor OH&S procedures including first aid and emergency fire evacuation
